Combined buybacks for Alphabet ( GOOGL ), Amazon ( AMZN ), Meta ( META ), Microsoft ( MSFT ) and Oracle ( ORCL ) — aka the country's main AI hyperscalers — fell to a mere $4.4 billion in the third quarter, per numbers crunched by the Kobeissi Letter.
