I want to move on to the other side of the spectrum. You mentioned EVs earlier today. Uh, Bentley just introduced a pricey one, the new Torcal, it's first ever EV. Now, it's going to be going to be around $250,000 or thereabouts. Uh, but it's sort of a bet on the luxury consumer. Um, So you can buy a Tesla Semi. Or you can buy a Exactly. Which one do you want? Take your choice. I mean, look, this car was delayed for a reason, right? Because there was concern that no one's buying not not just EVs, but pricey EVs. That that's a that's a big deal. And you have but then you have you have, you know, you have on the Rolls-Royce is Bentley's traditional rival, the the they they have been doing quite well with their Spectre EV because it's it's sort of plays into the, it's quiet, it's powerful, it's smooth. Oh, that's how I want the car. And I think that's what Bentley's sort of doing here with the Torcal. It's sort of a more of a aggressive looking SUV, more like a fastback design. uh, but still has that imposing front end that you've seen in most of these British sort of luxury cars. Um, and they're kind of sort of betting on that car being sort of a way that their clients can get into EVs and they claim that they said that that they've got a lot of positive, the CEO told me a month ago at Monterey, a lot of positive feedback on the car, clients are interested, uh, willing to hike pay up, $250,000 for this car or even more. Well, the difference between this and the Ferrari is, this looks like a Bentley. This doesn't look like something cooked up in Apple's lab. I mean, the color of this is pretty flashy for a Bentley. They call it, they call it Electra, I believe. I bet you, I bet you you can get it in black. Or or Peridot. Peridot. Porsche has that color. But I bet they'll sell it to you in black, Julie Hyman. I would I would take it in this. I mean, if you're going to drive a Bentley, you're standing out anyway. You might as well like, you know, stand out. You might as well stand out. You've got that massive front end. You're gonna have over 300 mi of range and almost 900 horsepower. So it's no no joke, no slouch. But again, do you want to pay for a car that has a battery that would degrade over time and pay that amount of money, Oh, and knowing that it's going to probably have a huge depreciation in the first three years. That's where I think maybe people would lease this car, have fun with it, and then dump it off when they're done. And then then you can have good resale. I mean, you can have a nice deal on it if you wanted to buy it later. Well, if you're saving up your pennies to shop there, maybe um you can you have to to save elsewhere.
