Shares were trading at about 6.5 times projected 2028 revenue, which the firm believes could limit additional pressure in the immediate term, but recovery could take time. The leadership transition comes as database technology faces changing competitive dynamics, including increasing momentum for Postgres (database management system) among coding-agent applications.
