ADBE Expands AI Customer Experience Push With Jet2: What's Ahead? The travel company plans to use Adobe CX Enterprise to deliver more personalized customer experiences, including tailored holiday recommendations, offers and engagement across the travel journey. Jet2 will also use Adobe Firefly Foundry and Brand Intelligence to accelerate branded content creation and improve consistency across customer interactions. The partnership includes a Jet2 x Adobe Customer Experience Lab focused on developing and scaling AI-powered experiences. Jet2 was among Adobe's global enterprise customer wins in the third quarter of fiscal 2026. The Jet2 partnership could help Adobe deepen adoption of its broader customer-experience portfolio and strengthen its positioning against Microsoft MSFT and Salesforce CRM. Adobe CX Enterprise combines Adobe Experience Platform and native applications for customer engagement, GenStudio for content supply chains, and Experience Manager and agentic web applications for brand visibility. More than 20,000 global enterprises rely on Adobe, which delivers more than 1 trillion experiences annually for enterprise customers. Adobe CX Enterprise Coworker can synthesize insights from Adobe and third-party applications and coordinate AI agents and workflows across analytics, content creation and journey orchestration. The offering had attracted more than 1,700 customers and early adopters by the third quarter of fiscal 2026. Adobe is expanding the supporting marketing stack around these deployments. In the third quarter of fiscal 2026, Adobe's Brand Visibility solution combined Adobe LLM Optimizer with Semrush's AI Optimization, leveraging nearly 300 million real-world AI search prompts to help brands track their visibility across platforms such as ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Microsoft Copilot. GenStudio for Commerce Media Networks helps retailers create self-service, on-brand content, while Brand Intelligence can preview how content may resonate before launch. The number of paid Brand Visibility customers doubled sequentially in the third quarter of fiscal 2026. Customer-experience momentum is already strengthening. In the third quarter of fiscal 2026, ending annual recurring revenues (ARR) for Adobe Experience Manager and agentic web applications, Adobe GenStudio and Adobe Experience Platform and applications each increased more than 20% year over year. Adobe's AI-first ending ARR exceeded $650 million and grew more than 150% year over year. Management said Customer Experience entered the fourth quarter with a strong pipeline. Deployments such as Jet2 could therefore support enterprise adoption, cross-selling and recurring subscription revenues. Microsoft is challenging Adobe through Microsoft Copilot, Dynamics 365, Microsoft Foundry and Agent 365. In the fourth quarter of fiscal 2026, Dynamics 365 exposed more than 650,000 Model Context Protocol actions across sales, finance, supply chain, human resources and customer service, while usage-based credit consumption in customer service increased fourfold sequentially. Microsoft Foundry reached 100,000 customers, with revenues more than doubling year over year, while nearly 90% of the Fortune 500 were already grounding their agents in enterprise context using Foundry, Microsoft Fabric and Work IQ. Agent 365 had nearly 40 million agents registered across tens of thousands of companies. Salesforce is intensifying competition through Agentforce, Data 360 and its customer-engagement platform. In the second quarter of fiscal 2027, Agentforce ARR exceeded $1.5 billion, while combined Agentforce and Data 360 ARR reached nearly $3.9 billion. The number of accounts with agents in production increased 70% sequentially. Customers generated 3.2 billion Agentic Work Units during the quarter, up 97% sequentially. Salesforce's own help agent has handled more than 5 million customer conversations, resolving 64% autonomously, while Xero's Agentforce deployment achieved a roughly 62% customer-service deflection rate across more than 200,000 interactions. These metrics highlight the growing competition for enterprise spending on AI-powered personalization, customer engagement and workflow orchestration. Shares of Adobe have declined 31.9% year to date against the broader Zacks Computer and Technology sector's 22.8% growth. ADBE stock is trading at a discount, with a forward 12-month price-to-earnings ratio of 8.79 compared with the broader sector's 21.36. Adobe has a Value Score of B. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for Adobe's earnings is currently pegged at $6.32 per share, up a couple of cents, over the past 30 days, suggesting 14.91% year-over-year growth.
