Yorkton Equity Group (YEG:CA)は、CEOかつ支配株主のBen Luiとその近親者からYorkton Managementを70万ドルの全株式対価による取引で取得する契約を締結した。取得資金として1株当たり$0.15で4.67M株を発行する予定で、取引後Ben Luiの保有比率は約72.4%となる見込みだ。今回の買収により、アルバータ州エドモントンの投資物件に関する管理業務を社内化し、効率化と関連利益の維持を図る。
