Quarterhill to buy Conduent tolling solutions business

Quarterhill ( QTRHF ) has agreed to acquire substantially all of the tolling solutions business of Conduent Business Services and certain affiliates for $70M in cash, subject to customary adjustments, plus Quarterhill shares representing 7% of the company's outstanding stock at closing.
