CNH Industrial prices C$450M senior notes

CNH Industrial ( CNH ) said its indirect wholly owned subsidiary, CNH Industrial Capital Canada, priced C$450M of 3.80% senior unsecured notes due Jan. 22, 2030, at 99.872% of face value in a private placement to accredited investors in Canada.
