Galaxy Digital ( GLXY ) priced a $3.507B private offering of 9.875% senior secured notes due 2031 through its indirect subsidiary, Galaxy Helios Data Centers II LLC. The notes will pay 9.875% annual interest, payable semiannually beginning February 1, 2027, and will mature on August 1, 2031.
