Largo gets Nasdaq non-compliance notice

Largo ( LGO ) said it has received a notice from Nasdaq indicating it is not in compliance with the exchange's minimum bid price requirement after its shares closed below $1.00 for 30 consecutive business days. Nasdaq requires listed companies to maintain a minimum closing bid price of $1.00 per share. The company has a period of 180 calendar days from the date of notification to regain compliance.
