Quantum Secure Encryption ( QSEGF ) announced a non-brokered private placement to raise up to $3M in gross proceeds. The offering consists of 6.67M units priced at $0.45 per unit. Each unit includes one common share and one-half of one warrant, with each full warrant exercisable at $0.65 per share for two years.
