XWELL agrees to divest XpresSpa, XpresTest units for $13M

XWEL said Tuesday it entered into a definitive agreement to sell its XpresSpa and XpresTest businesses to Express Wellness Group, a Face Haus affiliate, for $13M. The company said the divestiture is intended to maximize shareholder value, fund growth initiatives, and support its strategic pivot into the national security sector. The transaction is expected to close later in 2026.
