Newmark Group ( NMRK ) said on Monday it arranged $515M in fixed-rate financing for Rithm Capital's 31 West 52nd Street office tower in Midtown Manhattan. The financing package includes a $415M senior mortgage, a $40M B-note, and a $60M mezzanine loan, led by Wells Fargo with participation
