Arcos Dorados to redeem outstanding 6.125% notes due 2029

Arcos Dorados ( NYSE: ARCO ) said on Monday it intends to redeem all outstanding 6.125% sustainability-linked senior notes due 2029. The notes will be redeemed at 103.063% of the outstanding principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest, in accordance with the indenture.
