Norsk Hydro to partially restart production at Slovak aluminum smelter

Norsk Hydro ( NHYDY ) said Wednesday its Slovalco aluminum joint venture reached an agreement with the Slovak government to partially restart production after a four-year shutdown, in a deal that includes a new long-term power supply contract.
