American Eagle Outfitters ( AEO ) appointed Ravi Thanawala as executive vice president and chief financial officer, effective August 3, 2026. Thanawala succeeds Mike Mathias, who will transition to a full-time non-executive strategic advisor to CEO Jay Schottenstein.
