McRae Industries wins up to $31.7M U.S. military boot contract

McRae Industries ( MCRAA ) said on Wednesday it received a four-year U.S. Defense Logistics Agency Troop Support contract to supply Marine Corps temperate weather combat boots, with an estimated value of $24.3M and a maximum value of about $31.7M. The company also said it received about $2.5M in U.S. government tariff refunds on June 29, representing a portion of the roughly $3M in tariffs it paid during the current fiscal year.
