Joby Aviation, Toyota form joint venture to manufacture S4 aircraft

Joby Aviation ( JOBY ) said its wholly owned subsidiary, Joby Aero, has entered into a stockholders agreement with Toyota Motor Corporation ( TM ) to form a joint venture to manufacture the company's S4 electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft.
