Plasma One Android Core Promo Terms

In the event of any conflict between these Promotion Terms and the Plasma One Terms or the Program Terms with respect to the Promotion, these Promotion Terms govern; in all other respects, the Plasma One Terms and the Program Terms remain in full force and effect. By claiming the Promotion during the Claim Window (defined below), you acknowledge and agree to these Promotion Terms. No separate enrollment or acceptance is required. The Promotion may be claimed only during the period beginning at 1:00 p.m. British Summer Time (12:00 UTC) on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 and ending at 1:00 p.m. British Summer Time (12:00 UTC) on Sunday, July 19, 2026 (the "Claim Window"). Claims initiated after the Claim Window closes will not be honored, regardless of when a participant downloaded the Android App, joined a waitlist, or received any communication regarding the Promotion. Plasma may shorten, extend, suspend, or terminate the Claim Window at any time in its sole discretion, but is under no obligation to extend it and does not intend to do so. To participate in the Promotion, you must (a) never previously have held, controlled, or been the beneficial owner of a Plasma One account; (b) reside in a jurisdiction where Plasma One is available and be eligible to hold a Plasma One account under the Plasma One Terms; (c) register for a Plasma One account and claim the Promotion through the in-app claim flow in the Android App (including as part of account onboarding) during the Claim Window; (d) maintain your Plasma One account in good standing from the time of claim and throughout the Free Core Period; (e) be at least eighteen (18) years of age, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, whichever is greater; (f) have completed identity verification to Plasma's satisfaction; and (g) complete the Qualifying Deposit described in Section 3. The Promotion is void where prohibited. The Promotion is available exclusively through the Android App. Users of the Plasma One iOS application are not eligible for the Promotion, and the Promotion cannot be claimed through the iOS application, the Plasma website, or any other channel. Participants with an active paid Core or Platinum subscription at the time of claim are not eligible for the Promotion. Each individual may claim the Promotion once, under a single Plasma One account. Plasma may verify eligibility at any time, including by reference to device, operating-system, account, and identity-verification data, and may disqualify any participant who does not meet these requirements. To claim the Promotion, you must deposit at least one hundred U.S. dollars ($100), or the equivalent in supported stablecoins as determined by Plasma, into your Plasma One account (the "Qualifying Deposit") and complete the in-app claim flow (including as part of account onboarding) during the Claim Window. The Qualifying Deposit must be a bona fide deposit of your own funds. Deposits that are promptly withdrawn, cycled between accounts, or otherwise structured to satisfy the Qualifying Deposit requirement without a genuine funding of the account may be treated as Prohibited Activity under Section 6, and Plasma may revoke the Promotion benefit accordingly. Plasma determines whether the Qualifying Deposit requirement has been satisfied in its sole discretion. Subject to these Promotion Terms, eligible participants who claim the Promotion during the Claim Window will receive access to Core at no charge for six (6) months from the date the claim is completed (the "Free Core Period"). During the Free Core Period, participants receive the Core tier benefits, rates, and features described in the Android App and at https://www.plasma.org , in each case as in effect from time to time. Core tier benefits, including cashback and yield rates, are variable, remain subject to the Program Terms (including applicable caps, the excluded-transaction categories in Section 3 of the Program Terms, and the Help Center parameters incorporated therein), and may change at any time. The Free Core Period is provided in lieu of, and not in addition to, the thirty (30) day free Core trial available to new users under Section 2 of the Program Terms; a participant who claims the Promotion does not separately receive the thirty (30) day trial. The Promotion has no cash value, is not transferable, may not be exchanged, credited, or redeemed for cash, tokens, or any other benefit, and may not be combined with any other tier promotion, discount, or complimentary upgrade unless Plasma expressly states otherwise. If a participant upgrades to Platinum or any other paid tier during the Free Core Period, the free Core benefit terminates upon the upgrade and does not resume, and no credit or refund is provided in respect of any unused portion of the Free Core Period. The Prohibited Activity provisions of the Plasma One Terms and Section 8 of the Program Terms apply in full to the Promotion. Without limiting the foregoing, conduct that Plasma may treat as Prohibited Activity in connection with the Promotion includes opening multiple Plasma One accounts to claim the Promotion more than once, claiming or attempting to claim the Promotion other than through the genuine in-app claim flow on an Android device (including through emulation, spoofing of device or operating-system identifiers, or other technical circumvention), circumventing identity verification, structuring or recycling deposits to satisfy the Qualifying Deposit requirement, and any other gaming or abuse of the Promotion. Plasma may revoke the Free Core Period, downgrade the account, forfeit pending or accrued rewards, suspend or terminate participation in the Promotion, and pursue all remedies available under the Plasma One Terms and Section 8 of the Program Terms. Plasma may modify any aspect of the Promotion, including the length of the Claim Window, the Qualifying Deposit requirement, the length of the Free Core Period, and the benefits included in Core, or suspend or terminate the Promotion in whole or in part, at any time and in its sole discretion. Changes apply prospectively. A Free Core Period that has been validly claimed prior to the effective date of any termination will be honored for its remaining term, subject to Section 6 and the participant's continued compliance with these Promotion Terms, the Plasma One Terms, and the Program Terms. Participants are solely responsible for all tax obligations arising from receipt of the Promotion benefit, including any federal, state, local, national, value-added, or other taxes applicable in their jurisdiction of residence. Plasma may report the value of the Promotion benefit to tax authorities as required by law and makes no representations regarding the tax treatment of the Promotion. Android and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC. This Promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or affiliated with, Google LLC. The Issuer (as defined in the Applicable Card Agreement) is not the provider, sponsor, administrator, or operator of the Promotion and has no responsibility for or control over the Promotion. All limitations of liability, disclaimers, regulatory clarifications, and other provisions set forth in Sections 10 and 11 of the Program Terms, and the arbitration agreement, class action and jury trial waiver, governing-law, and general provisions of Sections 15 and 16 of the Plasma One Terms, are incorporated by reference and apply to the Promotion as if fully set forth herein.
