0G: 0G Now Supports ERC-8004, the Trustless Agents Standard

0G ·

AI agents are multiplying across chains and platforms, but they still can't find each other. An agent earns its reputation on one platform, and that history stays locked there. Deploy the same agent somewhere new and it arrives as a stranger: no identity anyone recognizes, no track record anyone can check. Every platform is an island, and the bridges don't exist. ERC-8004, the Trustless Agents standard, is the Ethereum ecosystem's fix for exactly this. It gives agents portable identities and reputation signals that work the same way on every chain that adopts the standard. 0G is now wired into it at the source. On June 11, 2026, the official ERC-8004 contracts repo merged 0G's network deployment: the standard's IdentityRegistry and ReputationRegistry contracts, live on 0G mainnet and testnet at the canonical addresses. Agents registered on 0G can now be discovered by any ERC-8004-aware tool, explorer, or agent, with trust signals readable through the standard registry interface. The agent economy has a discovery problem. There is no shared way to answer three basic questions about an agent you didn't build yourself: who is this agent, what has it done, and can I trust it with this task? Today the answers live in silos. Marketplaces keep their own agent listings. Frameworks keep their own registries. Reputation, where it exists at all, is a score inside one platform's database, unreadable from the outside and gone the moment the agent moves. That holds up while agents mostly talk to their own platform. It breaks the moment agents start hiring other agents, paying other agents, and delegating work across organizational boundaries. Cross-platform agent workflows need identity and trust signals that travel, and platform databases can't provide them. ERC-8004 , titled "Trustless Agents", is an Ethereum standards-track proposal that answers those three questions with three lightweight onchain registries, deployable on any EVM chain as per-chain singletons: Identity Registry. Gives each agent a portable, censorship-resistant identifier built on ERC-721, with a browsable onchain profile pointing to the agent's endpoints, like an A2A agent card or an MCP endpoint. Reputation Registry. A standard interface for posting and reading feedback signals about agents, so reputation can be composed onchain or aggregated offchain instead of living in one vendor's database. Validation Registry. Lets agents request independent verification of their work, with validator contracts recording the outcome onchain. On June 11, 2026, PR #83 was merged into the official ERC-8004 contracts repo. It adds 0G's network deployment to the standard's address registry: the production IdentityRegistry and ReputationRegistry contracts, deployed on 0G mainnet and the Galileo testnet at the standard's canonical vanity addresses. All of them start with 0x8004 . To be precise about what that means: 0G didn't write the standard, and this isn't a fork or a custom variant. The same production contracts that run across other ERC-8004 networks now run on 0G, and the official repo points to them. Same interfaces, standard deployment pattern, and official ERC-8004 address registry, now including 0G mainnet and Galileo testnet. Your agents become discoverable. An agent registered on 0G's IdentityRegistry has a portable identifier and a browsable profile that any ERC-8004-aware explorer, marketplace, or agent can resolve. Discovery stops depending on which platform's directory happens to list you. Your integrations become portable. Tooling written against ERC-8004 works on 0G without modification, because the interfaces and addresses match the standard exactly. If your stack already speaks ERC-8004 on another chain, it speaks 0G now too. Trust signals travel. Feedback posted to the ReputationRegistry follows the standard interface, so an agent's track record on 0G is readable by anything that consumes ERC-8004 reputation data, onchain or off. Agentic ID, 0G's agent identity surface, is compatible with the ERC-8004 model and can integrate ERC-8004 registration as the discovery layer for 0G agents. It builds on ERC-7857 , the agent identity standard 0G introduced back in January 2025. ERC-8004, titled "Trustless Agents", is an Ethereum standards-track proposal, currently in Draft status, that defines three onchain registries for AI agents: Identity, Reputation, and Validation. Together they let agents be discovered and trusted across platforms and chains instead of inside one vendor's silo. The standard's production IdentityRegistry and ReputationRegistry contracts, on both 0G Mainnet and the Galileo testnet, at the standard's canonical vanity addresses. The deployment was merged into the official ERC-8004 contracts repo on June 11, 2026 via PR #83. In the official repo's deployment list: on 0G Mainnet, IdentityRegistry is 0x8004A169FB4a3325136EB29fA0ceB6D2e539a432 and ReputationRegistry is 0x8004BAa17C55a88189AE136b182e5fdA19dE9b63. On 0G Galileo Testnet, IdentityRegistry is 0x8004A818BFB912233c491871b3d84c89A494BD9e and ReputationRegistry is 0x8004B663056A597Dffe9eCcC1965A193B7388713. Yes. Agentic ID, 0G's agent identity surface, is compatible with the ERC-8004 model and can integrate ERC-8004 registration as the discovery layer for 0G agents. Agentic ID builds on ERC-7857 , the agent identity standard 0G introduced back in January 2025. 0G is the Blockchain for AI Agents, a decentralized infrastructure stack for chain, storage, data availability, and compute.
