Payward Inc. , the parent company of crypto exchange Kraken, is planning to buy a Lithuanian bank as part of its strategy to expand in Europe, according to people familiar with the deal. The company has been in discussions to acquire a specific lender, the people said, declining to identify it because the talks are private.
