FIGS' International Business Gains Momentum on Strong Global Demand Zacks Equity Research Wed, September 2, 2026 at 10:28 AM EDT 3 min read FIGS URBN BOOT FOSL FIGS, Inc. FIGS accelerated international growth in the second quarter of 2026, with overseas revenues increasing 67% year over year to $37.9 million. This marked an improvement from 49.9% growth in the first quarter. International sales represented approximately 19% of total revenues, highlighting the growing contribution of overseas markets to the company's performance. Growth was broad-based across new and returning customers, with existing comparable markets contributing more than 50 percentage points to international revenue growth. Management highlighted exceptional performance in Europe, Latin America and Mexico, alongside meaningful improvement in Canada, Australia and the Middle East. This momentum reflects strengthening demand across multiple regions as FIGS builds its global presence. Localized marketing and community engagement supported the international performance. FIGS continued investing in brand awareness across Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom and Mexico, while developing ambassador communities in other markets. Initiatives included its first Toronto Nurses Week event and increased activity on regional platforms such as LINE, Kakao and Douyin to strengthen local reach. The expanding geographic footprint provides additional growth opportunities. FIGS reached 85 international markets through July 2026, adding 27 markets since year-end 2025. Its institutional business is extending overseas reach, with the recently onboarded Bupa Dental Care relationship initially focused on outfitting nearly 400 dental centers across the United Kingdom. International strength reinforces FIGS' improved growth outlook. Following the second-quarter performance, management raised its 2026 revenue growth expectation to approximately 20%, from 14% to 16%. With more than 80% of global healthcare professionals based outside the United States, stronger demand in existing markets, localized engagement and geographic expansion should remain important contributors to growth. Shares of FIGS have surged 131.2% over the past year against the industry's 8.2% decline. From a valuation standpoint, FIGS trades at a forward price-to-sales ratio of 3.22, above the industry's average of 1.62. The Zacks Consensus Estimate for FIGS' 2026 earnings implies year-over-year growth of 89.5%, while the same for 2027 indicates a decline of 6.9%.
