Tessenderlo to buy ~20% stake in FMC Corp for $400M

FMC Corporation ( FMC ) and Tessenderlo Group ( TSDOF ) Tuesday said that they have entered into a definitive agreement under which Tessenderlo will make a strategic minority equity investment in FMC of ~$400M at a price of $13.30 per share.
