LFTD Partners' unit cuts workforce to reduce costs
Seeking Alpha ·
LFTD Partners ( LIFD ) said its subsidiary Lifted Made has restructured operations and reduced its workforce to 77 from about 100 employees and independent contractors. The company said the restructuring, carried out between June 12 and June 26, is expected to reduce future annual operating expenses by about $736,000. LFTD said the move reflects efforts to align its cost structure with an evolving regulatory landscape, including provisions in a federal spending law that the company expects could significantly restrict the manufacture, distribution and sale of intoxicating hemp-derived consumable products nationwide beginning Nov. 12, 2026
