374Water ( SCWO ) said on Tuesday it appointed Charles Weiser as CFO, effective immediately, succeeding interim CFO Adrienne Anderson. Weiser brings experience in finance, capital markets, strategic planning, and capital raising and most recently served as CFO of Alonti Catering Kitchens. Anderson will continue to support the company as a financial consultant, focusing on SEC reporting, compliance, and corporate finance.
