Governance Veteran Ken Bertsch Joins Anteris Advisors as Senior Advisor

Anteris Advisors said Ken Bertsch joined the firm as Senior Advisor, having previously served as Executive Director of the Council of Institutional Investors and as President and CEO of the Society for Corporate Governance. Mr. Bertsch is a recognized voice in corporate governance with more than 30 years of experience, and will support Anteris' boards and management teams in navigating an increasingly complex environment, the firm stated. "Ken brings a rare perspective shaped by his work across the investor, issuer, advisory, and governance communities. His knowledge, insights, and experience will further enhance our work with clients," said Brendan McVeigh and John Onieal, Anteris Advisors co-founders and partners. Mr. Bertsch earned a J.D. from Fordham University School of Law and an undergraduate degree from Williams College.
